SOLD | $575,000 | 14.9-Acre Industrial Site on Hollins Road

Investors Real Estate Partners announces the sale of a 14.9-acre industrial parcel at 5100 Hollins Road in Roanoke County for $575,000 to Pinson Holdings, LLC an affiliate of Emlex Construction Co. Bryan Musselwhite, CCIM, SIOR of Investors Real Estate Partners represented the buyer.

Zoned I-1 with roughly 475 feet of road frontage near I-81 and I-581, the site is adjacent to Ardagh Group's manufacturing plant and across from Roanoke County's fleet maintenance facility.

Emlex Construction Co., a Vinton-based firm with more than 25 years in the Roanoke Valley under President and CEO Aaron C. Pinson, plans to develop the property in phases as a construction yard with covered storage, gated access, and screened outdoor storage, with part of the site available for lease to other local contractors.

"This site checked every box for what Emlex needed: existing industrial zoning, strong road frontage, and a location close to I-81," said Bryan Musselwhite, "It's a great example of an established local company reinvesting in the Roanoke Valley."

Development remains subject to Roanoke County's Special Use Permit process.
